Security Executive

❖ Develop and direct resources for risk assessments, incident reporting, investigation, safety, Physical security, access control.
❖ Planning and Maintaining Safety measures during the events and VIP movements. ❖ Responsible for the coordination with Vendor in regard to the Repairing of security equipment and fire and safety equipment like baggage scanner, DFMD, UVSS, Boom Barrier, access control system, CCTV system, PA system, Alarm system, Hydrant system and portable extinguisher placement etc. ❖ Organizing First Aid and Fire and Safety certified course for new joiners in coordination with training department and Safety & security manager. ❖ Setting up a department documentation system. ❖ Uses all available on the job training tools to train new team members and provide follow-up training as necessary. ❖ Participates in associate progressive discipline procedures. ❖ Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints ❖ Maintain all Register document etc. ❖ Handling X BIS Machine. (X Ray Baggage inspection system). ❖ Handling night drops and Pickup During Night. ❖ Handling incoming or out Going courier. ❖ Handling the Events and Valets Parking ❖ Ensure that the proper maintaining keys control procedures. ❖ Handling hotel Transport service and logistics transport service. ❖ Knowledge about HID Access key card making System for New joiner. ❖ Knowledge About RAR key card making (Section master key, master key and Grand Master Key and Emergency master key) Process. ❖ Knowledge about all Loss prevention audit like SSA, TCR, BSA and ISRA. ❖ Knowledge about the Loss Prevention all documentary MIP-30, Crisis management Plan, ERP, RGP, NRGP and Associate package pass. ❖ Knowledge about the Loss Prevention all Drill Fire and life safety Drill, Evacuation drill and Hotel Lockdown Process and See something and say Something (Mock Drill). ❖ Knowledge about an Aram guard handling with arms, and documents verification. ❖ Knowledge about GPS (Global Positioning System) Tracking Vehicle, Report Etc. ❖ Handling Valuable shipment (Dimond, Gold, Silver) and safely delivery to the custom.
