Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To execute section of Transmission Line with required productivity as per timelines, cost & quality parameters. Ensure zero harm & adhere to all processes.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Conduct and review survey work and cross verify the field data for tower placing, providing extension, major crossing points (NH, Railway), and avoiding immovable asset in the ROW corridor. - Mobilize manpower for Foundation, Erection, and Stringing activities. - Review compensation, landowner documents, ensuring ownership through administrative officers like Patwari, Tehsildar and SDM. - Prepare weekly and monthly planning L2 schedule with workforce and material requirement details. - Arrange administrative support wherever required. - Execute the plan for the respective section. - Provide Daily & Monthly MIS as per management requirement. - Ensure Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc. - Ensure implementation of Safety OHS plan. - Identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions to avoid last-minute surprises. - Plan timely shutdowns and follow ups for the section. Conduct safety and quality programs at site level for development of their team at regular intervals.

    Transmission Line execution,Knowledge of Regulations & IS codes (5613/CBIP Manual).,Prudent Industrial practices,Regulatory, Policy & Domain Networking

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Civil/Electrical. Experiences: - Minimum 5-12 years of experience in Transmission Line execution. - Knowledge of Execution – Transmission Line projects. - Knowledge of Prudent Industrial practices. - Knowledge of Regulations & IS codes (5613/CBIP Manual).
