The Secretary to the Managing Director (MD) will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the MD, enabling effective decision-making and smooth functioning of the executive office. This role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or secretary role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Discretion and confidentiality in handling business affairs. - Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
