Job Description: Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant to Director Location: Jaipur Only Employment Type: Full-time Qualification: Graduate or above Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply) Language : English (Speaking and Writing) Must  Travel : Ready to Travel About the Role The Operations Coordinator will support the Director in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination across teams, and timely execution of all organizational interventions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Coordination Support the Director in daily operational tasks and follow-ups. Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and external stakeholders. Ensure timely implementation of interventions, events, and activities. Manage schedules, logistics, travel planning, and task tracking. 2. MIS, Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate MIS for all ongoing projects. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Director. Compile field data, documentation, photos, case stories, and activity records. Ensure systematic record-keeping and documentation management. 3. Administrative & Executive Assistance Manage Director’s calendar, communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, documents, and briefs as required. Support donor coordination, stakeholder updates, and reporting. Assist with day-to-day office administration. 4. Technology & Digital Tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, and Canva. Prepare dashboards, trackers, presentations, and simple communication materials. Ensure timely digital documentation and data management. 5. Field Support Travel across Jaipur districts and nearby locations as required. Monitor field activities, collect data, and coordinate events. Provide on-ground support for workshops, trainings, and community interventions. Required Skills & Competencies Graduate (any stream); Master’s preferred but not mandatory. 0–1 year experience; freshers can apply. Compulsory: Strong English speaking and writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools and Canva. Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination abilities. Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Willingness to travel for project operations. Personal Attributes Organized, disciplined, and proactive. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
