Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the digital delivery department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO marketing strategies to drive customer footfalls, engagement, ranking on specified keywords, maintain good health for the site, reseraching relevant topics for blogs and web stories, getting ideas on how to rank on AI platforms and more.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling multiple websites for doing on page and off page SEO and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and target relevant search terms.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve site authority.

• Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.

• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,

and SEMrush.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.

• Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are

followed.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues related to site speed, mobile optimization, and

indexing.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

. Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

. Experience in handling content for AI Platform ranking like ChatGPT, Perplexity etc..

. Understanding of content marketing and social media integration with SEO.

. Knowledge of PPC (Google Ads) or other digital marketing channels.

Note :

1. Mandatory to have worked in SEO domain for at least 5+ years in a national or international agency.

2. Must have digital course certifications
3. Must have knowledge of running multiple SEO programs.
4. Should have managed international clients as well as ads which have lead generation as objective.
