Job Description: As the SEO Specialist at JB Ecotex ltd, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital footprint and increasing our visibility within the recycling industry. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of our search engine optimization efforts, including tracking the performance of SEO campaigns, collaborating with external agencies, and analyzing competitor strategies to inform our own approach. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with external SEO agencies or consultants to execute strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company goals. Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns. Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) to generate insights, identify opportunities, and troubleshoot issues. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and proactively adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness. Monitor competitor SEO activities and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and inform our own strategy. Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders, including management and marketing teams, on SEO performance, trends, and recommendations. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates, content creation, and link-building efforts. Conduct SEO audits and implement technical optimizations to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexation. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience required. Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
