Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, a passion for data analysis, and a proven track record of improving organic search performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our website’s visibility and drive qualified traffic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES-

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and enhance organic search visibility.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for content optimization.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and images to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is technically sound, focusing on site architecture, mobile optimization, and page speed improvements.

Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and drives traffic.

Link Building: Develop and implement a link-building strategy to improve domain authority and enhance the site's backlink profile.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software to monitor performance, generate reports, and provide insights on SEO metrics.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including social media, PPC, and content marketing, to ensure a cohesive online presence.

QUALIFICATION –

ü Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

ü 3+ years of experience in SEO management or a similar role.

ü Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

ü Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.

ü Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

ü Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

ü Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
