Experience range 5-10 years What You'll be doing: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO analysis to identify and target relevant keywords and phrases. Plan, develop, and execute On-Page SEO strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Create and manage detailed SEO project roadmaps, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Implement Off-Page SEO tactics to improve website authority, visibility, and SERP rankings. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to align with target keywords and enhance search engine crawlability. Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, working closely with the web development team to implement effective solutions. Perform in-depth SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to continuously improve SEO practices. Provide accurate and timely performance reports, delivering weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics. Requirements: Strong understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or in a similar SEO-focused role. Proficient in using a range of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog). In-depth knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices. Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WebTrends. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously.
