Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research and Analysis:

  Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value and relevant keywords. Analyse keyword competitiveness and trends to inform content and optimization strategies.

• On-Page Optimization:

  Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility. Implement SEO best practices to enhance the overall user experience and website performance.

• Off-Page Optimization:

  Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to build high quality backlinks. Monitor and manage online mentions, reviews, and citations to enhance online reputation.

• Technical SEO:

  Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting search engine rankings. Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.

• Content Development:

  Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content. Collaborate with content creators to align content strategies with SEO goals.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance and track key metrics. Generate regular reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO. Continuously explore and recommend new strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is a plus.
