About the Role: Weāre looking for a talented and motivated SEO Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team and help us drive sustainable growth! As an SEO Analyst, youāll play a key role in enhancing our online visibility through strategic keyword research, content optimisation, and user interaction analysis, all while aligning with our commitment to sustainability. This is a three-month probationary period offering a salary 20,000 INR, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance evaluation. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth. Analyse search trends, competition, and identify target keywords to optimise website content. Optimise website pages (including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content) to improve search engine rankings and user experience. Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with target keywords and audience interests. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings. Analyse and optimise website technical aspects, such as site speed, mobile optimisation, structured data, and crawlability to ensure search engines can easily index the website. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track website performance, analyse traffic patterns, and create regular reports with actionable insights to improve SEO efforts. Monitor and analyse competitorsā SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Regularly conduct SEO audits to assess and resolve on-page and off-page issues, ensuring the website remains optimised for search engines. Work with the design and development teams to ensure that the websiteās structure, layout, and content are user-friendly and align with SEO best practices. Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective. Work with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals. Qualifications: 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience in an SEO role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable). Solid understanding of key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools. Experience with keyword research and management tools. Familiarity with basic email marketing and paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of ranking factors, search algorithms, and SEO best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field .
