We are seeking a skilled Digital Analytics and Optimization Specialist to drive deep insights into user interactions, website performance, and e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will leverage clickstream data, Google Analytics, funnel analytics, and ad performance metrics to identify user behavior patterns and conversion blockers. They will implement data-driven personalization strategies to optimize user experience and maximize ROI from search ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clickstream data for comprehensive analysis of user interactions and navigation paths.
• Analyze Google Analytics data to monitor and report on website performance and user engagement.
• Conduct funnel analytics to identify and address drop-off points in the user journey, improving conversion rates.
• Perform detailed website analytics to suggest and implement enhancements for better user experience.
• Evaluate e-commerce analytics to optimize sales strategies and increase revenue.
• Analyze search ads performance to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement personalization strategies based on user data insights to tailor user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to translate analytics findings into actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

• Min experience of 5+years in Analytics domain.
• Proven experience with clickstream analytics tools and methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics and familiarity with funnel analysis techniques.
• Experience in e-commerce data analysis and digital marketing campaign evaluation.
• Knowledge of search ads platforms and performance tracking.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic actions for personalization and optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in digital marketing, analytics, or data science.
• Experience with A/B testing and user experience analytics.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior analysis.
