Some Specific Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend.
- Implement RESTful APIs / GraphQL services and integrate with internal/external systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards.
- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with privacy/security guidelines.
- Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture and scaling strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Node.js and React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of frontend development workflows (state management, component-based architecture, React hooks).
- Experience building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
