Scrum Master

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 8-12 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: NCR JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. Agile Facilitation & Sprint Management Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices across teams. Maintain transparency around sprint progress, blockers, and goals. Team Communication & Coordination Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, customer support, and leadership. Conduct regular updates to stakeholders including status reports and risk assessments. Promote collaboration and accountability across departments. Risk & Change Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and communicate impact to all stakeholders. Prepare and present risk reports to senior leadership. Quality Assurance & Release Coordination Oversee quality control and validation processes. Coordinate release plans with the DevOps team and communicate schedules to relevant teams. Process Improvement & Strategy Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements for continuous improvement. Participate in strategic planning and ensure alignment with the broader product roadmap. Customer Feedback Integration Collaborate with customer support to gather feedback and incorporate insights into development cycles. Team Development & Onboarding Mentor team members and identify training needs. Support onboarding of new technical staff, including orientation and team integration. Compliance & Vendor Management Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in collaboration with legal stakeholders. Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience managing Agile and hybrid projects. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
