Lead communities of practice and foster a vibrant Agile coaching culture across the organization. What will you bring? You'll be a strategic thinker, experienced coach, and pragmatic leader who understands how to apply Agile practices in a way that serves people and outcomes. You bring a passion for transformation, a systems view of delivery, and the ability to lead change across complex organizations. Required : 6+ years of experience in Agile roles, including experience leading Agile teams and/or coaching at scale. Proven leadership in building Agile capabilities and guiding large-scale Agile transformations. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and Lean principles. Experience coaching leaders, teams, and change agents in Agile mindset and behaviors. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
