About the Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to guide agile teams while also playing the role of Product Owner. This hybrid role requires strong facilitation, backlog management, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-value digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily standups, retros, reviews, sprint planning)

🔹 Coach teams on Agile principles, foster collaboration & remove blockers

🔹 Own product backlog – prioritize features, align with business goals

🔹 Partner with stakeholders across business and tech to gather requirements

🔹 Report KPIs, delivery progress, and sprint health to leadership

🔹 Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives & metrics

🔹 Manage delivery timelines & ensure on-time quality releases

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Coach on software projects

✅ 6+ years total IT experience across SDLC & product management

✅ Strong with Agile tools – Jira, VSTS, Confluence

✅ Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, sprint burndowns

✅ Deep knowledge of Agile techniques (XP, Kanban, retrospectives, metrics)

✅ Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Master’s in Technology / Engineering

📜 Certifications: CSM, PSM I, SSM, CSPO or equivalent

➕ Exposure to SAFe, Crystal, FDD, XP is a plus
