Scrum Master / Agile Manager(A sub-set of PM activities)
Note - Candidate must have Development Background.Agile knowledge
    • Comfortable with User Stories writing,
    • Agile estimation
    • Measurements
  • Able to run scrum calls
  • Owner of scrum board and manages JIRA
  • Review and Monitor & tracking as per project plan
    • Collate right data
    • Highlight any schedule variance
  • Prepare weekly reports
    • Take weekly calls with customer
  • Retrospective meetings
  • Scrum Planning meetings with customer
  • Co-ordinate and prepare the demo slides.
  • Owner for impediments resolution
    • Env set-up
    • Access rights
    • VM set-up and issue resolutions
    • Planning meetings with Customer
    • Client specific Induction and tracking
    • Client process management
