Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications Scale Agile Certification (SAFe) is mandatory. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate and document complex ideas effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, India, and collaborate with the team in a face-to-face environment. Position Overview As a Scrum Master in Experience and Platform Engineering organization, the role plays a pivotal role in fostering an Agile mindset within the team and the organization.
