Coach development teams on agile principles and foster self-organization and high performance. Work with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog and prioritize features. Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team productivity. Stakeholder & Communication Management Identify internal and external stakeholders, establish communication plans, and build strong relationships. Define and manage RACIA roles and responsibilities across the project team. Report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. Scope, Estimation & Planning Conduct requirements elicitation and impact analysis of changes across project phases. Define scope control mechanisms, estimation, and resource planning. Conduct pyramid-based resource planning aligned with project KPIs. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks, define mitigation plans, and track dependencies. Document and communicate issues and ensure escalation pathways are followed. Test & Defect Management Support test strategy, execution, defect triage, and root cause analysis. Prioritize defects based on business impact and collaborate in integration testing. Quality, Tools & Governance Define tooling strategy for efficient delivery and compliance with quality standards. Tailor governance models to meet project-specific requirements. Champion the use of reusable assets and process improvements. Financial & Profitability Management Create and manage profitability sheets, analyze resource costs, and improve project margins. Understand and define pricing models and cost implications for various delivery models. Knowledge & Process Management Establish and maintain KM (Knowledge Management) plans and repositories. Contribute lessons learned and best practices to organizational knowledge bases. Team Development Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
