Scrum Master

You have 7+ years of overall experience in software development with exposure to the entire SDLC and are a Certified Scrum Master. Your strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum frameworks, is essential for this role. You must have expertise in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence. Your excellent communication and facilitation skills will be key in leading and motivating teams to achieve sprint goals. Your strong conflict resolution and risk management skills will ensure smooth project execution. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of AI/ML, NodeJS, and AWS. As a Senior Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum team activities such as standups, backlog meetings, sprint planning, team review, and retrospectives. Adapting the Scrum framework to meet team needs and coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are crucial aspects of the role. You will resolve issues, remove impediments, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will use empirical data to help assess the Scrum team's maturity, optimize team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities for higher team performance. Collaborating with Product Owners or Project Managers to communicate work delivery, refine backlogs, create Jira tickets, manage tasks, and provide customer support are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in MVP approaches, release products every sprint cycle, and transform business process requirements into actionable tasks for developers. Your role also involves utilizing business process reviews to coordinate activities among functional units supporting business lines. Your collaboration with business process owners and developers to create actionable tasks using Jira will be essential for project success.,
