Automation & Load Testing Tester

As an Automation & Load Testing tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing load testing scenarios using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or OpenSta to simulate real-world user traffic. Your key duties will include analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, collaborating with developers to optimize performance, and monitoring metrics like response times and resource utilization. You will need to stay updated with the latest automation and load testing tools and methodologies, as well as evaluate and recommend new testing tools for continuous improvement. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial as you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other engineers to ensure clear communication of testing results and recommendations. Additionally, documenting test plans, cases, and results will be essential for future reference. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Automation and Load Testing, a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is required, while knowledge of load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner would be a plus.
