Job Description

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Manage and maintain
Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
for sprint tracking and progress updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Identify and resolve team impediments to maintain high performance.
Drive Agile best practices within
Data & Analytics projects
.
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth sprint planning and execution.
Align with QA teams to support
test automation
practices.

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum
8–10 years
of overall experience, with
4+ years
as a dedicated Scrum Master.
Strong
experience with
Agile frameworks
(e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Hands-on experience
with
Azure DevOps (ADO)
boards.
Strong
in
test automation concepts
and tools.
Must have experience
in managing
Data & Analytics (D&A) projects

Excellent communication and facilitation skills
