About The Role

We are looking for a skilled

Scrum Master

to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, capable of fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and enabling high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach teams on Scrum principles and SAFe practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.
Track sprint progress and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
Support Agile adoption across teams and departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification.
3–6 years of experience in Agile project management.
Strong understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in mid-sized IT companies or startups.
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments.
Familiarity with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile transformation.
