• Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.
• Consult with the Product Owner and the Business Analysts to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
• Guiding the team on the Agile Scrum methodology to constantly improve the Scrum team's standards of work.
• Managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management, and other project contributors
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive those from ideas to implementation.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) to stakeholders.
• Function as a change agent for the team.
  

Required

Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of total experience
• 5+ years as a scrum practitioner on scrum teams.
• Experience in working onshore-offshore models/Global teams.
• Strong Coaching and people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/Interpersonal skill.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experienced in using Agile KPI’s to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as user stories, epics, burndown charts, definition of ready and done, sprint reports, story slicing, etc.)
• Ability to work with distributed/global teams.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry will be preferred
• Should be adaptable to Medline's ways of working, understand business priorities and constraints, and encourage the incremental adoption of agile practices to enhance collaboration between business and IT
