Role & responsibilities

Experience of working on salesforce application as Scrum Master
Hands-on knowledge of development, QA, integration, data migration , deployment , Implementation process
Experience handling change management (CR) process

Exposure to various tools like JIRA, Copado

Managing and review of QA practices

Hands on experience in Agile methodology and knowledge of DevOps

KPI driven project management

Work with disparate teams - effectively lead cross functional teams
Experience with - Project Estimation ,Team Management, Conflict handling

Prepare Statements of Work (SoW) , resolve critical path issues, manage client relationships, mitigate risks

Deliver quality results consistently on time and within budget
Able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders
