Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: New Delhi & Noida

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and moderate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach the Team: Guide the team in Agile practices and help them become self-organizing.
Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
Support the Product Owner: Help manage the product backlog and ensure clarity on goals.
Shield the Team: Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback, learning, and process enhancements.
