Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master & Manager with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through active listening and conflict resolution.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase overall quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum framework and methodology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is desirable.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive attitude.
