* 8-10 years of hands-on experience working as a scrum master within the SAFemethodology - Manager Role* Experience with risk assessment and team leadership* Strong stakeholder management skills we need someone who is able to guide a new team through SAFe adoption and into a more mature, high-performing state, while being capable of driving the team toward strong, consistent practices within SAFe.
