Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams in the delivery of web-based projects. Your role will involve ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, driving user engagement and satisfaction, and coaching teams to improve their Agile practices and delivery capabilities within the web development domain. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile leader, with a focus on web-based projects. - Possess Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, PSM) and technical certifications in web development are highly desirable. - Strong technical expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web projects on time and within budget. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving landscape. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development in web development and Agile methodologies.
