Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach Agile teams on best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Promote Agile values and principles across the organization.
• Support the adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) as needed.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community of practice.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and team deliverables.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 8 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe).
• Background in software development or technical project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
