Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master with over 8 years of project management experience, your primary responsibility will involve coordinating with Scrum team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. You will be facilitating meetings with team members to identify and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will also entail introducing agile engineering practices into the day-to-day activities of the team to enhance efficiency and productivity. It will be imperative for you to enforce the agile delivery methodology and promptly address any roadblocks that may impede progress. Hosting daily standup meetings will be an essential aspect of your duties as a Scrum Master, where you will actively work towards removing obstacles hindering the team's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Scrum team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. - Facilitate meetings with team members to identify and address any project issues. - Introduce agile engineering practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity. - Enforce agile delivery methodology and address roadblocks promptly. - Host daily standup meetings to remove obstacles hindering team objectives. - Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents. - Maintain the JIRA Dashboard for task lists, status updates, approvals, and change request scopes. - Collaborate with the product team to ensure acceptance of project deliverables. - Manage customer satisfaction during project transition phase. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
