Job Description

Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum team.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Identify and remove impediments to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Monitor and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
Advocate Agile best practices and coach stakeholders on Scrum principles.
Ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.).
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar.
Background in software development or engineering.
Exposure to cloud technologies or DevOps practices.
