Hold team accountable for commitments, remove roadblocks, and champion ongoing process improvements for cross functional teams.

8-10+ years, Project Management and Scrum Experience with large scale enterprise applications

PMP Certification is a plus
Leads Scrum meetings and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items.
Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Candidate should have 3+ years experience with data lake cloud environment, large-scale data migration and/or enterprise reporting projects.
Retail experience is a plus
Scaled Agile experience is a plus, including experience with Jira/Rally/TFS.
Ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders of the project status updates, roadmaps, timeline updates, risks, and issues. This would include executive status reports and project dashboards.
Should be self-driven, proactive (someone that can take an initiative and drive to complete tasks and does not need daily directions) and should act with urgency
Must have the ability to take the initiative and ownership towards project management and solution development. Primarily able to operate independently, with minimal supervision/direction
Must be able to demonstrate project management skill set with past experiences on previous projects
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stays on the leading edge of software development best practices in an Program management

Nice to have skill set include:

Agile experience
Design thinking

Bachelors/4 Yr Degree CSM/PSM
