Let’s talk.Position Description:Job Title: Lead AnalystPosition: Scrum MasterExperience: 6 to 8 YearsCategory: Software Development/ EngineeringShift: 11 AM to 8 PMMain location: India, Telangana, HyderabadPosition ID: J0425-0377Employment Type: Full TimeYour future duties and responsibilitiesGuide and coach development teams on Agile/Scrum practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Ensure teams follow agreed-upon Agile processes and practices.Work with Product Owner to help manage the product backlog and ensure clarity in requirements.Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.Shield the team from outside distractions and foster a culture of focus and accountability.Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).Promote continuous improvement and drive Agile maturity within the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Trello).Ability to manage multiple teams or projects (if required).
