Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Must have skills : Scrum Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will identify and report progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Ensure effective communication within the team Implement Agile best practices Support team members in achieving sprint goals-Facilitates Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery.-Manage and organize the team's Azure Dev Ops (ADO) kanban board and track the team backlog of features and epics.-Communicate timelines, risks, mitigations and progress to stakeholders.-Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to the team's progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays.-Represent the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums ceremony). -Coach and mentor development teams and promoting the use of Agile standards and best practices. -Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies Ability to identify and resolve impediments Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Your primary role is to facilitate the Scrum process, maintain project timelines, remove obstacles, manage risks, and monitor progress of deliverables. Additionally, you will coach and mentor the team helping to create a culture of continuous improvement.
