Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE Summary :As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring transparency and visibility to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Provide guidance and support to the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience in Agile Project Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products using Agile methodologies. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues and remove impediments to team progress. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). This position is based at our Pune office. Qualification BE
