Job Description

Manages day to day operations in the warehouse including shipping, receiving,and payroll.
Communicates with corporate buyers and planners to maintain newness and brand-specific merchandise.
Communicates with vendors to maintain great seller-buyer relationships and market prices and styles.
Communicates all shortages and overages to maintain accurate shrink levels.
Provides support to the Warehouse Manager with all daily operations.
Monitors and maintains companies set labour hours and accommodate and stay within forecasted budget and hours.
Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually or using the computer.
Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
Keeps records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
Issues or distributes materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or information from incoming requisitions.
Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
