We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for Sourcing and Procurement Profile.

Job Summary:

The Sourcing specialist is responsible for analyzing procurement data, evaluating supplier performance, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. This role helps optimize purchasing decisions, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency by leveraging data - driven insights and market intelligence.

Key Skills:

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
Any Graduates.

Manage
strategic sourcing
initiatives aligned with business requirements and cost optimization goals.
Lead
contract negotiations
for IT procurement, professional services, and facilities-related spend.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct supplier evaluations, RFPs/RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms, and governance standards.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and savings tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement delivery.

Strategic Sourcing and Project Planning
