What You'll do: As Procurement Assistant, you will: Carry out procurement transactional sourcing specifically for ZS Bangalore and Chennai offices (source to pay: enquiry till supplier payment), coordination with internal stakeholders, supplier evaluation, pricing negotiations for transactional low value purchases, initiate PO, new vendor creation, address supplier payment follow ups, etc. Support annual contract sourcing efforts, obtain, maintain inputs for vendor performance. The primary responsibility of this role would be in following area: Facility services, operations and Events (including gifts procurement): Support sourcing efforts for various services and supplies initiated by facilities or events or business teams. Create purchase order as per defined process and approvals, communicate PO to the supplier, obtain, verify and submit supplier invoices. Maintain tracker for all purchase / invoice transaction. Collaborate with sourcing category leads of facilities, events team to understand requirements, plan events, address vendor performance issues. In addition, support ongoing evaluation of new suppliers, support initiatives, projects undertaken by sourcing category leads and overall Procurement function. Provide seamless support to Office and events team for their respective requirements, etc. Recommend cost effective and right solution for supply or services. What Youll Bring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Graduation (commerce, science, engineering) with strong record of academic achievement required, advanced degree like MBA in supply chain or operations preferred. Ability to communicate fluently and establish relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Ability to analyze data, problems / objectives (fluency in MS excel) Experienced in procurement from transactional purchases to low-cost contract sourcing. Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong sense and preference for quality Sense of urgency, punctuality and ownership Strong attention to detail Sense of humor appreciated.

Job Title: Purchasing Associate. Procurement Shared Services Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and process special PO requests per defined guidelines. This includes description-only, special handling, non-Corporate service orders, and Capex orders. Process emergency order requests, where supplier email is on file. Prepare and issue Daily reporting including POs on Hold, new match exceptions, new item requests, and EDI exception reports. Work HP Service Portal tickets for PO Changes, Cancels, Status, and any other basic PO issues.
