Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Align and co-ordinate with US sales team in preparing the Sales Forecast and Supply Plan for the distribution of products in US
Inventory tracking to ensure the minimum safety stock levels of both finished goods and input materials
Keeping track of spends in US warehouse and logistics
Manage FG inventory across different warehouses in US, as per the sales forecast
Co-ordinate with plant planning team on execution and monitoring of the production & dispatch plan
Preparation of container plan with plant team on timely dispatches of the finished products
Preparation of weekly/monthly MIS

Preferred candidate profile

Cross-functional coordination skills, strong quantitative and analytical ability, effective listening and communication skills
Inventory planning & control, demand-supply balancing, safety stock calculation, ERP/MRP proficiency, attention to details
Cost monitoring & variance analysis, financial acumen, budgeting basics, strong Excel/BI reporting skills
Multi-location inventory management, warehouse coordination, troubleshooting of operational issues, timely escalation and decision making
Production planning interface, follow-up & execution tracking, stakeholder management, problem solving skills
Export logistics planning, container utilization optimization, coordination with logistics partners, schedule adherence
Data analysis & presentation skills, MIS reporting, advanced Excel/Power BI, ability to convert data into actionable insights

Qualification

BE - Mechanical / Industrial / Production
Pharma experience is bonus
