revenue-driving role

• Lead and execute the school sales strategy to meet annual revenue targets
• Generate and convert leads for school programs, with a focus on Bangalore and other key cities
• Customize proposals based on school requirements and program selection
• Set up demos, presentations, and meetings (independently or with founders) and drive closures
• Manage relationships with partner schools and ensure repeat business
• Track and report leads across the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent QShala at school meetings, education events, and industry forums
• Explore partnerships and stay updated on market offerings and competitors

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in education
• Strong relationships with schools in

  Bangalore, Mysore, and Mumbai

  (preferred)
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
• Self-driven, high-ownership mindset with minimal supervision
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable using Excel and CRM tools
• High integrity, energy, and passion for education
