Facilitator/Teacher (Part-time)

Job Description: As a Teacher at QShala, you will have the opportunity to engage and teach children of different grades offline in private schools in Bangalore. Your role will involve creating a stimulating learning environment in your offline classroom where you will spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements. You will also work on liaising with parents to update them on the progress of the children. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and engage children of different grades offline in private schools in Bangalore. - Create a learning environment in your offline classroom that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children. - Fulfill all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements. - Liaise with parents on the progress of the children. Qualifications Required: - Excitement for the unique opportunity to teach and create a learning experience unlike any other. - Ideally, have 1-3 years of experience in facilitation and/or teaching. Freshers are also welcome to apply. - Comfortable working with and learning from children, sometimes forty at a time. - Strong process orientation and attention to detail. - Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision. - Team player, flexible, and open to changing priorities.
