School Sales Manager

As a School Sales Manager, your role involves achieving personal and branch school sales targets. You will be responsible for developing the school sales team to increase penetration in a qualified school list and increasing the adoption rate of Company programs in schools. Your daily tasks will include meeting school heads and owners, promoting Company through various channels, and working as an adventure instructor for smooth program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve personal & branch school sales targets - Develop the school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school lists - Increase adoption rate of Company programs in schools - Daily meetings with school heads & owners, visiting on your own list or shadowing team visits - Promote Company through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc. - Work as an adventure instructor for smooth program delivery - Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS, and other platforms - Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients - Maintain and update various records and files - Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales (preferably in tour and travel) - Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management) - Good communication and presentation skills - Excellent public relation skills - Sales-oriented go-getter attitude In addition, you should possess communication skills, presentation skills, sales strategy, travel knowledge, B2B experience, public relation skills, management capabilities, CRM proficiency, and expertise in school sales.,
