About The Opportunity

A high-growth organisation operating in the K-12 Education Products & School Services sector, focused on delivering curriculum resources, edtech solutions and school partnership programmes across India. We sell classroom solutions and services to school leadership teams, driving measurable learning outcomes and long-term adoption.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory of schools across India: build pipeline, execute field sales plans and consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school decision-makers (principals, academic heads, procurement) to convert trials and pilots into multi-year contracts.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles: perform needs assessments, present customised solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor adoption, and identify upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in CRM; deliver weekly forecasts and territory reports to the regional sales lead.
  • Plan and execute school-level engagement activities (demos, workshops, roadshows) to increase brand penetration and market share.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 6-8 years of field sales experience with a track record in selling to K-12 schools, education groups or institutional customers. Comfortable with extensive travel, on-site school visits and end-to-end territory ownership. Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
