Job Title: School Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

School Sales Manager

responsible for driving school partnerships and increasing program penetration across assigned regions. The role involves direct school visits, proposal sharing, relationship management, team mentoring, and coordination with operations to ensure smooth program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve individual and branch-level school sales targets
Develop and guide the school sales team to increase reach and penetration
Build long-term relationships with school heads and owners through regular visits
Promote programs via school conferences, associations, and professional bodies
Support on-ground operations to ensure smooth delivery of programs
Update daily sales activities in CRM and other tracking systems
Provide ongoing support to team members and clients
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Comply with organizational policies and guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in school sales (tour & travel background preferred)
Postgraduate degree preferred (Marketing / Travel / Sports Management)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset

Growth & Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹6–8 LPA
Attractive incentive structure post-probation

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Onboard a minimum of 50 schools
Generate individual revenue of ₹3 Crores
Increase penetration across qualified school lists
