Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  strategic leadership

  to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school, both academically and administratively.
• Uphold and advance the school’s

  vision, values, and culture

  , promoting holistic development and academic rigour.
• Supervise curriculum planning and execution in line with board requirements, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
• Build and lead a motivated team of educators through effective mentoring, appraisals, and professional development.
• Oversee admissions, timetabling, school discipline, event planning, assessments, and compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Maintain a

  strong communication bridge

  between parents, faculty, and school management, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration.
• Promote student wellbeing and safety while cultivating a campus culture rooted in empathy, creativity, and confidence.
• Engage in continuous improvement through data-driven decisions, feedback analysis, and policy enhancement.
• Represent the school at external academic, cultural, and community platforms with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• A

  Master’s degree

  (preferably in Education, English, or relevant field) with

  B.Ed./M.Ed.

  mandatory

• PhD in Education or Leadership

  is desirable
• Minimum

  10 years of teaching experience

  , with at least

  3–5 years in a senior academic or administrative leadership role

• Strong command over English, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead with vision, manage institutional operations, and uphold educational standards
