Job Description:
BABUJI’S VIDIYA MANDIR SCHOOL is seeking a warm, dedicated, and visionary School Principal who can guide the institution with both wisdom and heart.
We are looking for someone who understands the true value of education, believes in nurturing young minds, and can build a positive, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the school with strong academic direction and compassionate administration.
· Oversee day-to-day school functioning while maintaining discipline and harmony.
· Motivate, mentor, and support teachers in achieving academic excellence.
· Ensure effective curriculum planning and teaching quality.
· Manage admissions, examinations, academic schedules, and co-curricular activities.
· Build healthy communication channels with parents, guardians, and the community.
· Ensure the school complies with all educational and safety guidelines.
· Promote a culture of holistic development—academics, values, and extracurriculars.
· Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:
· B.Ed / M.Ed is mandatory
· Master’s degree (Education or related field is an added advantage)
· 7–12 years of experience in teaching or school administration.
· Must have strong previous experience in Academics with proven leadership ability.
Ability to balance academic planning, staff management, and student welfare.
