The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education, operational excellence, and community engagement. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Admissions Leadership Oversee and manage the end-to-end admissions process, including outreach, interviews, and enrollment. Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to promote the school and attract prospective families. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students and their families. 2. Operational Management Supervise daily school operations, including academic scheduling, staff coordination, and facility management. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safety standards. Lead and support faculty and administrative staff to maintain a high-performing school environment. 3. Parent and Community Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between the school and parents, fostering open communication and trust. Organize regular parent meetings, feedback sessions, and community events. Address parent concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive school experience for all families. ⸻ Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration or leadership.
