**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage admissions, enrollment, student records, attendance systems
* Oversee scheduling (classes, examinations, events)
* Coordinate with academic staff, support staff, and department heads
* Handle communications with parents, stakeholders, and external agencies
* Maintain school facilities, logistics, security, and supplies
* Prepare budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance
* Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
* Organize and support school events, meetings, and programs
* Supervise non-teaching staff (clerks, maintenance, reception)
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* Bachelor’s degree (ideally Master’s in Education, Administration, or related field)
* Experience in school or educational administration
* Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in administrative software / MIS / data systems
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
