SAP Worksoft Automation

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Worksoft Certify to validate business processes across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Author reliable, reusable test assets (flows, components, checkpoints) and implement robust data-driven automation patterns.
• Execute and analyse automation runs, triage defects, perform root-cause analysis and feed results to engineering and business stakeholders.
• Integrate Worksoft suites into CI/CD pipelines and source control to enable scheduled runs, reporting, and automated regression validation.
• Collaborate with functional leads, BA/POs and development teams to translate requirements into test scenarios and keep automation aligned with sprint priorities.
• Champion automation best practices—code reviews, versioning, test-data management, and documentation—to raise team quality and reduce maintenance overhead.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years hands-on experience building and supporting Worksoft Certify automation for enterprise applications (preferably SAP).
• Strong scripting skills (VBScript/JavaScript) and experience creating reusable components and data-driven flows.
• Practical knowledge of SAP modules (ECC/S4HANA/Finance/Logistics) or equivalent enterprise business processes.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries for test-data validation and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and integrating automation into pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab) and using version control (Git).
• Good communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; ability to present results to technical and business audiences.
  

Preferred

• Exposure to other automation tools (UFT, Selenium, TestComplete) or broader RPA/ETL test frameworks.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM/Quality Center) and automated reporting dashboards.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Worksoft-specific training and prior experience in global/offshore-delivery models.
