SAP Worksoft Automation

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites using Worksoft Certify to validate business processes across SAP and non-SAP systems. Your role will involve authoring reliable and reusable test assets such as flows, components, and checkpoints while implementing robust data-driven automation patterns. You will execute and analyze automation runs, triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and provide feedback to engineering and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will integrate Worksoft suites into CI/CD pipelines and source control to facilitate scheduled runs, reporting, and automated regression validation. Collaboration with functional leads, BA/POs, and development teams to translate requirements into test scenarios and ensuring automation aligns with sprint priorities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will champion automation best practices including code reviews, versioning, test-data management, and documentation to enhance team quality and reduce maintenance overhead. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting Worksoft Certify automation for enterprise applications, preferably SAP. - Proficiency in scripting skills (VBScript/JavaScript) and creating reusable components and data-driven flows is essential. - Practical knowledge of SAP modules (ECC/S4HANA/Finance/Logistics) or equivalent enterprise business processes is required. - Ability to write SQL queries for test-data validation and troubleshoot integration issues is necessary. - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, integrating automation into pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab), and using version control (Git) is preferred. - Good communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with the ability to present results to technical and business audiences are important. Preferred Skills: - Exposure to other automation tools (UFT, Selenium, TestComplete) or broader RPA/ETL test frameworks is beneficial. - Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM/Quality Center) and automated reporting dashboards is a plus. - Certifications such as ISTQB or Worksoft-specific training, along with prior experience in global/offshore-delivery models, are advantageous.
